About Us In 2020 alone, an estimated 44,000 people received a cancer diagnosis In Ireland. More people in Ireland are being diagnosed with cancer now than ever before. Our services and supports are more in demand and this will continue for the foreseeable future We are a community of patients, survivors, volunteers, supporters, health and social care professionals and researchers. Together we are transforming the experiences and outcomes of people affected by cancer through our advocacy, support services and research. For over 55 years we, as a community, have worked together for and on behalf of people affected by cancer. We are dedicated to preventing cancer, detecting it early and fighting it at every level.
